For more than 25 years, Dawn has helped corporate teams and agencies turn a program’s many moving parts into a seamless guest experience. She leads a seasoned team that brings thoughtful planning, open communication, and hands-on ownership to every engagement.
Understanding both sides of the hotel partnerships.
Before moving into event planning, Dawn held positions as a Catering Manager and Convention Services Manager . That firsthand understanding of hotel operations—from food and beverage and meeting space to the coordination behind a successful program—helps her ask better questions, work closely with property teams, and look out for her clients.
Her work spans corporate meetings, conferences, sales meetings, executive programs, customer experiences, registration and housing, and special events. Through Dawn Chapman Events and her work as Managing Partner of Event Team, she has built lasting relationships grounded in trust and follow-through.
